Headphones, Accessories, and Therapy Balls Return/Exchange Policy

Headphones or accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase date, as long as they are new, unused, and complete with all original packaging. If accessories or other products are used, but defective in workmanship or materials during the first 30 days, we will exchange for the identical item.

Headphone Guarantee Statement

The SOUNDS Headphones come with a 180-day guarantee for initial user/purchaser, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship provided by Vital Sounds Inc. This guarantee begins on the date of the original purchase. It is recommended that the sales receipt be retained as proof of purchase. If you have any defect/guarantee issue with the SOUNDS headphones within the aforementioned time frame, please complete the Headphone Claim Submission Form to start the process of your guarantee claim.
 
The Vital Sounds guarantee policy requires that the customer is responsible for the shipment and any associated costs related to sending the headphones back to Vital Sounds for further investigation of the issue. To minimize the risk of transport damage, we recommend that the original packaging be used.
 
Upon receipt of the headphones, Vital Sounds has the right to make the final determination if this is an issue that can be repaired and, if so, then the repaired headphones will be shipped back to the original customer. If the issue is unable to be repaired, a replacement headphone (SOUNDS or another comparable brand) will be shipped to the original customer in keeping with the defect guarantee.
 
If a headphone has been replaced under the original guarantee, the replacement product will be guaranteed for the length of time remaining under the original product guarantee.
 
The Vital Sounds guarantee does not include claims related to (cover)
  • Wear and tear
  • Inappropriate usage (e.g. operating faults, mechanical damages, incorrect operating voltage)
  • Improper maintenance
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect

Replacement Loyalty Discount

Vital Sounds stands by their products and their customers. In the event that your headphones are in need of repair or replacement outsides of the guarantee timeframe, Vital Sounds will extend a discount on the purchase of a replacement product to the original owner.  Please complete the Headphone Claim Submission Form to request this replacement loyalty discount.
